Askari bank and HBFC sign accord

KARACHI: Askari MasterCard has joined hands with House Building Finance Corporation (HBFC) for a Strategic Alliance.

Agah Ali Imam, SEVP-Group Head CBSG, Askari Bank Ltd. And Zaigham Mahmood Rizvi, Chairman and Chief Executive, HBFC signed an agreement at a ceremony on Tuesday, a statement said.

Askari Bank Ltd is a major player in consumer banking and has introduced numerous innovative products. One of the major products of Askari Bank Ltd. is Askari MasterCard.

This MoU allows HBFC to utilize the services of Askari Bank to facilitate it’s borrowers by offering Askari MasterCards to it’s customers. The client can make payment of the monthly installment of HBFC directly through his/her credit cards by providing standing instructions of direct debit to his/her credit card.
