Alhuda CIBE to Host Islamic Banking and Finance Road Show in Kyrgyzstan

(27 August 2025, (Dubai – UAE)): AlHuda Centre of Islamic Banking & Economics (CIBE) – UAE is pleased to announce that the Kyrgyz Republic will host a pivotal session of the CIS Islamic Finance Roadshow 2025, featuring a specialized training on the operational and practical aspects of Islamic Banking, Takaful, Islamic Microfinance, and Sukuk. Scheduled for September 15, 2025, in Bishkek, this capacity-building program will be organized in collaboration with Eco Islamic Bank, and the Barakat Educational Center (a leading institution promoting Islamic finance education) serving as the official Partner and will take place at their headquarters.

The CIS Islamic Finance Roadshow 2025 is a multi-country initiative designed to strengthen the Islamic finance ecosystem across the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) by bringing expert knowledge, practical skills, and global best practices directly to financial professionals, regulators, and industry stakeholders in the region. The Kyrgyzstan training, as part of this wider roadshow, will provide in-depth insights into Shariah-compliant financial systems, focusing on Islamic banking, Islamic insurance (Takaful), Islamic microfinance, and Sukuk. Participants will explore global industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and operational models, while gaining practical understanding of key Islamic finance contracts such as Murabaha, Mudarabah, and Musharakah, along with risk management applications. The program will also cover innovations in Takaful operations, including Shariah-compliant underwriting and claims management, as well as the structuring and implementation of Sukuk and Islamic microfinance products.

The training will be led by Mr. Muhammad Zubair Mughal, Chief Executive Officer of AlHuda CIBE, a globally recognized expert in Islamic finance who has provided Islamic financial services in more than 80 countries over the last 20 years.
