Muhammad Zubair Mughal is the Chief Executive Officer of AlHuda Centre of Islamic Banking and Economic (CIBE), Islamic Microfinance Network (IMFN) and Halal Research Council. His overall academic career is outstanding with M.S in Islamic Banking and Finance, M.sc (Mass Communication), B.sc (Math, Stat and Economics) and with diversified knowledge of Islamic Banking and Finance. He is also PhD (Islamic Banking and Finance) Scholar. He has been serving the Islamic Banking and Finance industry for last 16 years with versatility in Islamic Banking & Financial Engineering, Modeling, Product Development, Shariah Advisory, Market Research and Gap Analysis. He is dedicatedly and tirelessly working for the promotion of Islamic Finance through Education, Research, Trainings and Conferences on global canvas. He is also a Chief Editor of a magazine on Islamic Banking and Finance “True Banking” which depicts his strategic vision in Islamic Finance. Muhammad Zubair Mughal has got ideal global recognition with multiple assignments of world repute organizations on Islamic Banking and Finance for “Research”, “Training”, “Advisory”, “Consultancy” and “Product development”.
Mr. Mazhar Ali Bukhari is Honorary Doctorate in Islamic Banking & Finance from the Yorker International University, Milan, Italy. Currently he heads the corporate advisory at AlHuda CIBE. He is also the Islamic Banking Consultant at Saudi Business Machine / IBM SI Team, Saudi Arabia. Previously, he was the Head of International Operations, Gulf African Bank, Nairobi, Kenya and has been the Head of Islamic Banking Division, Prime Commercial Bank Limited (Now Royal Bank of Scotland Pakistan Limited). Mazhar Ali Bukhari has served the corporate sector with his diversified advisory and consultancy services with enough practical exposure in financial sector.
Habib ur Rehman Zubari is an M.A, L.L.B and serving as Senior Advocate at Lahore High Court. He is the advisor (legal) at AlHuda CIBE and gives technical assistance in the legal matters arising in the ordinary course of Islamic finance services and AlHuda CIBE as well. He is also the President of Lahore tax bar association and Advisor Income Tax, Wealth Tax, Sales Tax & Cooperative Matters dealing with both individuals and corporations.
Shaguftta Parveen has outstanding academic career of B.Sc (Statistics, Mathematics & Economics), B. Ed (Science), M. A (Economics) and serving AlHuda CIBE as a Manager Communications since 2011 to promote and organize different specialized training workshops and conferences applying her professional communication and effective liaison skills with local and international institutions for sponsorships as well as Media and Strategic Partnerships. She has been vested with effective communication and interpersonal skills for multilateral negotiation and networking with Islamic Finance Industry.
She has done her BS (hons) Islamic studies from Lahore woman's University and MPhil Islamic Banking and finance from University of Management and Technology. She is serving as Manager centre of excellence in Islamic Microfinance. She is young dedicated professional for the promotion of Islamic finance.
Khalil ur Rahman has done MBA (Finance) and M. Phil (Finance) from COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus. Before joining AlHuda CIBE he has 6 years professional Islamic Banking and 4 years’ academic research experience in Islamic finance industry. Now, he is serving as Sr. Research Officer at AlHuda CIBE. He conducts research by utilizing different sources of information to analyze & evaluate facts and prepares reports of different research projects. He is also involved in to conduct the training on Islamic Banking and Finance.
Camille Paldi has a Masters Degree in Islamic Finance from Durham University in the UK. She is also the writer of the book “Dispute Resolution in Islamic Finance: Problems and Solutions”. In addition, being a qualified Islamic finance specialist, Camille is also a lawyer in four countries and nine jurisdictions around the world and has received legal training in common, civil, and Shariah law in six countries spanning five continents of the earth in Asia, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Middle East. She is a US citizen born in the state of Hawaii and spent half of her life abroad in various countries of the world. Ms. Paldi founded FAAIF Limited, FAAIF Events JLT, and ilovetheuae.com FZ LLE (UAE Laws and Islamic Finance). She has over 10 years of global diversified work experience in the private and public sector and brings with her a wealth of practical knowledge acquired around the globe from the worlds’ leading educational institutions. With her unique international experience, Ms. Paldi brings a fresh and vibrant perspective to Islamic finance.
She is working with AlHuda CIBE as coordinator of distance learning programs. She is introducing our programs well in national and international markets. She has good marketing abilities and interpersonal skills.
Muhammad Waseem Akhter is working as Assistant Manager Trainings and Events in AlHuda CIBE. He completed his MBA in Banking and Finance from University of Central Punjab Lahore. He is involved in organizing different Training Programs, and Events worldwide. He is a passionate individual with the aim to make every event successful. He has very good marketing and communication skills. By maintaining quality standards, he is working to promote Islamic finance at national and international level.
Abida Nazir holds Master’s degree in library sciences. She is working with AlHuda CIBE as Distance Learning Program Officer. She has good and effective skills to introduce our DLPs in national and international markets. By maintaining quality standards, she is working to promote Islamic finance at national and international level.
Imran Gul is MBA Marketing from NUML and serving AlHuda CIBE as Manager Marketing for couple of years and depicts a dedicated personality for the promotion of Islamic Finance with productive and professional marketing skills to cater the domestic and international potential market. He has strategic vision for our bi-monthly dedicated magazine “True Banking” for the developments in Islamic Banking and Finance industry.
Humayun Saeed is BS in Accounting & Finance from Lahore Leads University. He is serving AlHuda CIBE as Assistant Manager Marketing. He is young dedicated professional for Islamic Finance. He is promoting the programs and publications of AlHuda CIBE efficiently. He has professional marketing skills to cater the national and international market.
Abdullah Inayat has completed his BBA (Hons.) degree in Banking & Finance from Hailey College of Banking & Finance, University of The Punjab. Before joining AlHuda CIBE he has assisted professionals in conducting research professionals throughout the business and banking industry. He is currently serving as a Research Officer at AlHuda CIBE and is proficient at optimal utilization of information and techniques to analyse & evaluate facts and prepare report for different research projects. He is an active individual with a drive to devote his skills and efforts to the Islamic Banking and Finance Industry.
Tanzila Javed has done her Master’s degree in Banking & Finance and serving AlHuda CIBE as the Regional Coordinator- Africa. She has excellent communication and negotiation skills. She has devised very successful marketing strategies for promoting the AlHuda CIBE services and products to national and international market specially Africa. Her broad experience and range of skills make her a superior candidate for this position.
Zaib-un-Nisa is an enthusiastic and results oriented Professional with the ability to promote Islamic Banking and Finance services worldwide. She is working as Representative of AlHuda CIBE in CIS countries.
Ms. Jaliah is graduated in Banking and Finance. She is working with AlHuda CIBE as Business Development Manager, Uganda. Her passion and dedication is Islamic Banking and Finance growth through education, training & conferences, research and development.
He is internationally renowned Shariah Scholar and Chartered Accountant with versatility in Islamic Finance. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Moolla Capital. Previously, he was the director in Nelson Mandela Cabinet. He is the Shariah Advisor of Sentio Capital Management and member of Shariah Advisory committee of AlHuda CIBE. His technical and professional services are recognized around the globe, principally in Islamic finance system development, product development, Shariah compliance and transparency in the overall operations in Islamic Finance.
Mr. Abubekar Abdella Adem working as Assistant Manager Marketing with AlHuda CIBE in Ethiopia. He is providing support to senior level staff by carrying out daily tasks. He has professional marketing skills to cater the national and international market. He promotes and present Alhuda CIBE products and services globally. He further assist for data collection for research studies in Ethiopia from interest-free banking and Takaful industry and consolidating information into actionable items, reports, and presentation.
She is Master’s in Islamic finance and also holds Certificate in Islamic Financial Systems. She has extensive experience in Takaful and Islamic microfinance. She is an expert in French. Ms. Sakho is diligently working for the promotion of Islamic finance industry. She is facilitator on accessibility on training, marketing of Islamic finance and Takaful products for Islamic financial institutions and insurance companies.
Mr. Khuram is a senior web developer and designer, bringing over 15 years of industry experience with international exposure. With a strong background in both web and graphic design, He offers a unique combination of creative and technical expertise. He is highly skilled in WordPress, Shopify, and front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery. He also has extensive experience with modern page builders such as Elementor, Divi, Pagefly, ClickFunnels, and GoHighLevel. His design capabilities extend to UI/UX, branding, Figma, Canva, and print media. Throughout his career, he has delivered a wide range of web, branding, and print projects, consistently ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction. He is known for his professional approach, reliability, and commitment to long-term partnerships.
Mr. Waqas Shahid is the dedicated and processional software engineer in the IT world and presents a versatile personality in web designing, development and related jobs as well. Waqas Shahid is associated with AlHuda CIBE as senior software engineer for last couple of years and has played vital role in the international recognition of AlHuda CIBE with quality services. He is the founder of Novelty Soft established for state-of-the-art software services in web development and designing. Previously he also served as senior software engineer and General Manager of DidYou.com. Waqas Shahid has creative mind in the IT world and committed for more developments.
Imran Haider is serving AlHuda CIBE as an Officer Administration for last five years and has good administrative and management skills for the smooth working and growth of organization with high quality standards in documentation and office management.

Alhuda CIBE offers trainings that are regular, and their quality is very good. There are only fewer organizations which are giving trainings of Islamic banking to young professionals that is much appreciable.
I am really impressed and motivated to see AlHuda CIBE efforts towards development and promotion of Islamic Banking in Pakistan. It will be an honor for us if AlHuda organize such awareness activities in Bangladesh.
We hope that AlHuda CIBE effort for promotion of Islamic Banking through holding training programs and organizing seminars will continue for the benefit of Islamic the Banking Industry in Pakistan as well as aboard.
AlHuda has taken up the subject seriously and after due consideration, I feel that we should promote and encourage the people in his serious effort. In a way, AlHuda CIBE has shared our burden.
This is a great initiative to aware & educate the people and spread the message of Islam. ALHUDA is doing a very good job and we must be promote it.
The achievements of Alhuda CIBE are wonderful. AlHuda should also introduce some courses to Islamic scholars so that they could have conventional banking trainings as well so that their knowledge of supervision should be two pronged in order to judge the both systems.
I would once again applaud the efforts of Al Huda CIBE for arranging the Conference, Trainings and workshops and hope that Alhuda CIBE will be successful in meeting the objectives and contribute to further developments of Islamic banking in Pakistan and abroad.
